The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of SR 70,000 (Seventy Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Amana Cooperative Insurance Co..due to its violation of paragraph (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law and paragraph (A) of Article (41) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to inform CMA and the public in a timely manner about receiving instructions from the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance regarding stopping the issuance of health insurance policies based on the improved law to issue policies for health insurance on 31/12/2015. It was later announced on 03/01/2016.
