​The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of SR 80,000 (Eighty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Qassim Agricultural Co. due to its violation of paragraph (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law and paragraph (A) of Article (41) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to inform CMA and the public in a timely manner about filing "Albandariyah Group" suit at the Riyadh  Execution Court. It also failed to inform CMA and the public about the issuance of the Execution Court Resolution on 02/03/1437 corresponding to 13/12/2015. It was later announced on 22/12/2015.
