The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of SR 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. due to its violation of clause (B) of Article (40) of the Listing Rules as the company was late to disclose to the public about inviting its shareholders to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting included the company's capital increase on 07/05/2015 in a timely manner.
