​With reference to the announcement of the CMA dated 28/12/1436H corresponding to 11/10/2015 regarding the suspension of trading of Etihad Etisalat’s (Mobily’s) shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as of Sunday, 28/12/1436H corresponding to 11/10/2015, pending a clarification from Mobily about the preliminary decisions issued by the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) on the lawsuits filed by some investors regarding compensation for the losses they suffered as a result of the financial statements released by Mobily;

Whereas Mobily announced on 28/12/1436H (10/11/2015) that it received the first decisions issued by the CRSD regarding those lawsuits, the CMA announces lifting the suspension of trading in the shares of Mobily as of Monday 29/12/1436H (12/10/2015).
