The CMA Board issued its decision today to suspend trading in the shares of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) as of today Sunday, 28/12/1436H corresponding to 11/10/2015. This suspension is pending a clarification from Mobily about the preliminary decisions issued by the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) on the lawsuits filed by some investors regarding compensation for the losses they suffered as a result of the financial statements released by the company.
