The Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) announces the cancellation of listing of the Saudi Integrated Telecom Company’s shares

​Based on article 6 of the Capital Market Law and article 35 of the Listing Rules, the CMA board has issued its resolution to cancel the listing of the Saudi Integrated Telecom Company’s shares on The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
