​The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Alkhaleej Training and Education Company due to its violation of clause (18) of Article (43) of the Listing Rules. The Board of Directors’ Report for the fiscal year 2013 did not include the information relating to any businesses or contracts to which the issuer is a party and in which a director of the issuer, the CEO, the CFO or any person related to any of them is or was interested.
