The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for BLOMINVEST SAUDI ARABIA.

BLOMINVEST SAUDI ARABIA had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 145,000,000 to SAR 245,000,000.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 145,000,000 to SAR 245,000,000.
