Saudi Venture Capital Investment Company had requested the approval to decrease its capital from 375,000,000 SAR to 251,250,000 SAR.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to decrease its capital from 375,000,000 SAR to 251,250,000 SAR.
