The Capital Market Authority announces according to Article number (50) of the Listing Rules, the Prohibition on Dealings by Directors and Senior Executives will be as follows:

1. For companies that follow the Hijra Calendar and which fiscal interim periods end on 30/09/1435 H corresponding 27/7/2014 (according to Umm AlQura Calendar), the Prohibition period starts on 16/09/1435 H corresponding 13/07/2014 and ends on the date of the announcement and publication of the reviewed interim financial statement of the issuer.

2. For companies that follow the Hijra Calendar and which fiscal interim periods end on 30/10/1435 H corresponding 26/08/2014 (according to Umm AlQura Calendar), the Prohibition period starts on 16/10/1435 H corresponding 12/08/2014 and ends on the date of the announcement and publication of the reviewed interim financial statement of the issuer.

3. For companies which fiscal interim periods end on 30/09/2014, the Prohibition period starts on 16/09/2014 and ends on the date of the announcement and publication of the reviewed interim financial statement of the issuer.
