In Regard to CMA’s announcement dated 16/04/2013 about the trading activities suspected of violating the Capital Market Law and its Implementing regulations on Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. , Tourism Enterprise Co. (SHAMS) and the Saudi Indian Company for Co- operative Insurance (WAFA)’s shares and on asking the related departments in CMA to investigate this issue and apply the related rules and sanctions, CMA would like to inform the traders and investors in the capital market that it has completed its investigation. The suites related to it against 15 persons are filed with the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes according to the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations.
