An announcement by the Capital Market Authority regarding the issuance of a final decision by The Appeal Committee for the Resolution of Securities Conflicts (ACRSC)

CMA announces a final decision by The Appeal Committee for the Resolution of Securities Conflicts (ACRSC) on 13-6-1435H/13-4-2014 regarding the lawsuit filed by the Saudi Chemical Company’s Chairman and Board members (the plaintiffs) against The Capital Market Authority (CMA). The ruling of (ACRSC) upheld the decision of the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) to cancel the CMA Board decision issued on 29/10/1430H corresponding to 18/10/2009 to impose a penalty of     SR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the plaintiffs for violating Article (28) of the Listing Rules.
