The CMA Board of Commissioners issued its resolution to suspend the license granted to Rasmala Investment Saudi Company to conduct Arranging and Advising activities due to not carrying on any securities business for a period of 12 months. In addition, the company was granted an extension of two months upon its request to finalize the liquidation of its business.
