Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia had requested the approval to amend its business profile by cancelling its Dealing as Agent and Investment Fund Management activities.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the amendment of the Business Profile of Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia by cancelling its Dealing as Agent and Investment Fund Management activities. Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, Underwriting, Arranging, Advising, and Custody activities.
