The Capital Market Authority approves the capital decrease request for AlDukheil Financial Group

AlDukheil Financial Group had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to decrease its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 2,000,000.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to decrease its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 2,000,000.
