The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. due to its violation of clause (i) of Article (5) of the Corporate Governance Regulations. The company failed to provide CMA with a copy of the minutes of the General Ordinary Assembly convened on 04/05/2013 within 10 days of the convening date.
