As part of the CMA’s efforts to develop the capital market and protect investors, and based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree Number (M/30) Dated 2/6/1424 H, CMA has prepared a the Procedures and Instructions related to Listed Companies with accumulated losses reaching to %50 or more of its capital to organize the mechanism for dealing with the mentioned companies.
The CMA Board has issued its resolution Dated 2/7/1434H corresponding to 12/5/2013, which includes publishing the Procedures and Instructions on CMA’s website (indicated below) to enable concerned and interested parties to provide their comments and observations. The CMA would be pleased to receive such comments and observations either at the following email: Financial.Statement@cma.org.sa, Fax number (+96612797287) or the mail address (P.O. Box 220022 Riyadh 11311, Market Supervision) no later than Wednesday 17/8/1434H corresponding to 26/6/2013. All comments and observations will be taken into consideration for the purpose of issuing the final regulations.
