The Board of CMA had previously issued a resolution to suspend trading the shares of United Cooperative Assurance Co. on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting from 16 /4/1434H corresponding to 26/2/2013 for failing to announce its annual financial statements for the year 2012 within the specified period.

Since the company announced on 3/3/2013 its annual financial statements for the year 2012, CMA’s Board has decided to lift the suspension on trading the company’s shares starting from Tuesday, 23/4/1434H corresponding to 5/3/2013.
