The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Riyad Capital Company

Riyad Capital Company had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 200,000,000 to SAR 400,000,000.


The CMA Board of Commissioners issued its resolution to approve the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 200,000,000 to SAR  400,000,000.
