The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the amendment of the Business Profile of AlDukheil Financial Group by cancelling its Dealing as Agent activity. AlDukheil Financial Group is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal & Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing Client Portfolios, Arranging, Advising and Custody.
