The Board has issued  a resolution dated 21/06/1432H corresponding to 24/05/2011 to suspend the trading of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company’s shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), due to its accumulated losses that reached 95% of the company’s capital, starting from Wednesday 22/06/1432H corresponding to 25/05/2011 until the company amends its conditions. 

Since the company took an number of measures to modify its position that led to reducing its accumulated losses, the Board has issued a resolution to lift the suspension of trading the company’s shares starting on Saturday 1/5/1433H corresponding to 24/3/2012.
