The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for BNP Paribas Investment Company KSA

BNP Paribas Investment Company KSA had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 87,500,000.

 

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued its resolution to approve the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 87,500,000.
