The CMA announces CMA‘s Board Resolution number (5-37-2011) dated 23/01/1433H corresponding to 18/12/2011G, approving Takween Advanced Industries Company’s initial public offering of (9,000,000) shares (30%) of the company's total outstanding shares. Portion of the offered shares will be allocated to institutional investors. The company's shares will be offered during the period from 22/02/1433H to 28/02/1433H, which corresponds to the period from 16/01/2012G to 22/01/2012G, once the book-building process is complete.
