The CMA announces CMA‘s Board Resolution number (04-33-2011) dated 03/12/1432H corresponding to 30/10/2011G, approving United Electronics Company Initial Public Offering of (7,200,000) shares (30%) of the company's total outstanding shares. Portion of the offered shares will be allocated to institutional investors. The company's shares will be offered during the period from 10/01/1433H to 16/01/1433H, which corresponds to the period from 05/12/2011G to 11/12/2011G, once the book-building process is complete.
