The CMA announces Saudi Electricity Company’s request to offer Sukuk. Of which the value will be determined at a later stage by the company. The offering period will be from (20/6/1430)H to (5/7/1430)H, which corresponds to the period from (13/6/2009)G to (28/6/2009)G.

The Sukuk prospectus will be posted to the public prior to the subscription period by a sufficient time. The prospectus includes all relevant information that the investors need to know before making an investment decision, including the share price, company`s financial statements, activities and management.
