As the CMA endeavors to consolidate the best possible practices in the corporate governance and to develop the relevant standards and principles, it calls upon all listed companies to adhere to article one, clause (C) of the corporate governance regulations which quote” a company must disclose in the Board of Directors report, the provisions that have been implemented and the provisions that have not been implemented as well as the reasons for not implementing them”
