The CMA announces Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company Initial Public Offering of (30,000,000) shares representing (30%) of the company`s total outstanding shares, pursuant to the Council of Ministers resolution number (41) dated 18/2/1429H. The company`s shares will be offered during the period from 27/1/1430H to 7/2/1430H, which corresponds to the period from 24/1/2009G to 2/2/2009G.
