The CMA announces that a final and effective and enforceable decision has been issued by the CRSD dated 18/8/1429H condemning Muteb Bin Saeed Abdullah Al-Ahmary in the case filed against him by the CMA for his violation of the CMA law and regulations, and imposing of the following penalties on him:

1-      He is obliged to halt and refrain from offering of securities to the public through Jadarah website, including closing of the company website (www.jadarah.com).

2-      Imposition of a penalty of SR 10.000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals) for this violation.

This confirms the CMA strenuous efforts towards enforcement of the CMA law and regulations and protection of investors.
