The CMA announces that it has imposed a penalty of SR 50,000 on Saudi Indian Company for Co-operative Insurance for violating disclosure regulations article (25/C). The company obtained a permit from Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) on July 9, 2008 and did not announce it until after the closure of the market on July 12, 2008.
