The Capital Market Authority (CMA) licenses a security firm:

In continuance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) efforts to develop and support the investors in the capital markets, CMA granted a securities business license to Nomura Saudi Arabia on Sunday 28/04/1429H, corresponding to 4th May, 08, to conduct Dealing as agent, Managing, Arranging, Advising, and Custody in the Securities Business.
