​The Capital Market Authority announces the Board of Directors and Senior Executives Trading Restriction Periods according to Article (50) of the Listing Rules as the following:

1. For companies that follow the Hijri Calendar and which its fiscal interim period ends on 30/06/1436 H corresponding 19/04/2015(according to Umm Al-Qura Calendar), the restriction period starts on 16/06/1436 H corresponding to 05/04/2015 and ends on the date of announcing and publishing the preliminary financial statements after assessing the company.
2. For companies that follow the Hijri Calendar and which its fiscal interim period ends on 29/07/1436 H corresponding 18/05/2015 (according to Umm Al-Qura Calendar), the restriction period starts on 15/07/1436 H corresponding to 04/05/2015 and ends on the date of  announcing the preliminary financial statements after assessing the company.
3. For companies which fiscal interim periods ends on 30/06/2015, the restriction period starts on 16/06/2015 and ends on the date of announcing and publishing the preliminary financial statements after assessing the company.
